There’s a well-worth-playing $407,077 double Pick-6 carryover today with a late first post time of 3 p.m.

The opener finds #1 Eltoninadress on a one-level class hike for new trainer Kitchingman after being claimed out of a fully-extended victory for $8,000 earlier this month. The number was okay and Baze stays aboard, so from her inside draw the consistent mare should fire another big shot. We like her on top but this is hardly a prime play and there are much more attractive wagering opportunities later in the program.

There will be no Rainbow Pick-6 hysteria at Gulfstream Park today but there still will be a major carryover to shoot for. Santa Anita is offering a $94,643 Pick-6 carryover on races four through nine with a special late first post of 1:30 p.m.

An intriguing Sunday program offers a nine race slate that begins at 1 p.m.

The opener attracted just five runners, two of which we’ll include in rolling exotic play. #1 Cuneo crushed a softer field by more than 10 lengths last month and was promptly claimed; now in the Diodoro barn, the gelding looks capable of repeating on the raise in this modest restricted affair. #5 Topper’s Ghost, a $16,000 Kitchingman claim in late March, returns at his purchase level and based on recent drills should be primed for a huge run from his cozy outside post.

We sure hope you were with us yesterday! We swept the card – hitting every rolling daily double, Pick-3, Pick-4, Pick-5, and Pick-6 ($8,336.80 on a recommended $144 ticket) – and we’re expecting to do the same today. Well, maybe not, but here goes.

The Friday program offers eight races and a late-afternoon first post of 3 p.m.

The eight-race Thursday program begins at 1 p.m. with a hot maiden juvenile dash for fillies. The Baffert-trained #7 Enchanting Lady, a $650,000 Ocala March Sale purchase, looks like the Real McCoy in the morning and has been established as the even money morning line favorite. Also impressing with a series of sharp drills is #3 Seduire, a daughter of Elusive Quality from the Hollendorfer stable. These two should leave the others behind.
